When I moved to Bangkok, I really missed the box and structured training. Training ground welcomed me like a second home, with the gym community quickly growing to become a vibrant friendship group. The coaches helped not just on strength, but guided me on a multitude of other areas. Lifestyle, nutrition and training methodologies – but most of all making exercise fun. I have a long way to go, but I’m happy to celebrate how far I’ve come.

My first experience with training ground was a group class and it was amazing to workout with such a welcoming group of people. Being a part of it and able to know so many individuals and the coaches has been great. I can’t wait to get back in the gym and do group workouts again !

It’s been 4 years since i know TG 2017-2021. This is one of my favorite place. Even I have my home gym, yet I love to come here and meeting friends. Here I am surrounded by good fellow athletes and full of inspirations. And most importantly, TG coaches are so good that I unlocked many skills here.
